About Generations Homeschool Curriculum
Our passion at Generations is described by one simple phrase, “Passing on the faith to the next generation.” It is our earnest desire to see parents faithfully pass the baton of the Christian faith on to their children. Our curriculum exists to equip parents for the vital mission of raising their children as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, who will seek God’s glory and the Kingdom of Jesus in all things.
With this aim in mind, our team has spent the past fifteen years developing a line of distinctively Christian homeschool curriculum that helps parents integrate God’s Word into every subject. What makes our curriculum unique? These are some of our goals:

A look inside our curriculum and features
The Bible is by far the best book ever written—and we wanted to be sure our children had inculcated the entire redemptive story contained in God’s Word over the first five primary years of reading through our God’s Big Story series. Then we chose the best Christian writings for 6th-11th grade literature, finalizing with a critical look at the secular literary classics in 12th grade. Our accompanying read-alouds contain a mix of beautifully re-typeset Christian classics restored for a new generation, and fascinating biographies of Christian men and women from the past.
History
Above all other areas of curriculum, Christian parents are calling for a God-centered, Christ- focused, biblical worldview perspective for the critical subject of history. Our children need a 2,000-year, worldwide perspective of the Kingdom of God and the work of Christ. Our history curriculum provides an action-packed, edifying, application-oriented look at history, all while keeping a primary focus on the Kingdom of Christ.
Worldview & Science
In our science and worldview books, we present a radically God-centered, biblically-based approach. Above all, we want our children to see the hand of God in the world around them— active, powerful, creative, wise, merciful, and sovereign. We want our children to immediately ascribe the creative wonders of this universe to the Lord Jesus Christ on every page, with every revelation of God’s creative wisdom. We are not simply anti-evolution. We are proactively for God, for the glory of God, for singing the praises of God, and for taking dominion of His creation according to His law.
Bible
The Bible track includes our in-depth Family Bible Study Guides, which can be very helpful in stimulating biblical discussions around the content questions for each section. While reading straight through the whole Bible is important, families should also press for depth by digging into the Gospels, Genesis, Psalms, and Proverbs. Our children need to know this content, but most of all our prayer is that we would see these truths planted in their hearts and lived out in their lives.
Christian Character
What does it mean to be a godly man or woman? Christian character studies help your children answer that question. This is an absolutely vital subject that is often forgotten. These courses focus on helping your children learn how to practically work out their faith.
